Here's what you get:

  2. Course marshalling
  3. Registration and check in
  4. Start and finish line operations
  5. Water stations and athlete support

Spartan Crew Roles
  • On-Course
    Help our Course Officials on race days by motivating racers through the course. You will be responsible for serving as our eyes and ears on the course, including reporting any injuries by radio to our medical team (training provided on site).
  • Festival
    Assist our Festival Team at the finish line, start corral, bag check, merchandise and throughout the festival. Be ready to give lots of high-fives!
  • Registration
    Help our Registration Staff greet, check-in and answer questions for racers and spectators. You will receive a briefing at the beginning of your shift by our Registration Manager.
  • Obstacle Officials
    Help enforce obstacle rules and penalties for all Competitive Heat athletes and maintain the current and future integrity of the sport! You will use photo and video equipment. Course officials earn DOUBLE credits.
  • Kids Race
    Assist our Kids Race team on race day(s) with overall production and safety of the Kids Race event. Encourage our little Spartans through the course!
  • Build Crew & Pack Down
    Help our team with important setup tasks before the weekend, or pack up after the last racer crosses the line. Build & Packdown Crew get double points!
