The S. County Regional Park is located just minutes from the beach. Situated 40 minutes south of West Palm Beach and an hour North of Miami, this is the perfect spot for an active and relaxing vacation... as long as you've earned it on race day. This course is a runner's paradise — one of the flattest and fastest on the schedule. Be on the lookout for back-to-back obstacle gauntlets and heavy carries.
