Our premier fitness event combines ten functional training zones (DEKA Zones), each preceded by 500M of running, totaling a 5K.

The zones begin with basic movements that progressively target more of the body. The final zones, 6-10, demand 100% full-body focus, ensuring a comprehensive and brutal workout.

DEKA offers various heat types to cater to different fitness levels, starting from the ‘Age Group’ level and advancing in intensity up to the ‘Elite’ level.
