What To Bring Your ID Insurance Card Towel, waterproof bag, & extra (dry) clothes/shoes Sunscreen & hydration Headlamps are recommended for later start times What to Wear Dress in performance gear (not cotton). Think compression bottoms and breathable tops made from water wicking material. Wear comfortable shoes that you’ve trained in, but beware, they are going to get dirty. Spartan Workout tour is a series of training sessions designed not only for all seasoned Spartans who live in the Spartan lifestyle but also for people who are still preparing for their Spartan premiere. Everyone who wants to run and practice, try to get obstacles or spend an active day with the side of the same-minded people. Arrival & Heat Times

Please plan to arrive at least 60 minutes before your start time. This gives you plent of time to park, pick up your registration packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. Registrations typically open at 6:00am. For Ultra events, registrations will open at 5:00am. For Hurricane Heat and Trail events, registrations will open 1 hour prior to the event&#x27;s start time. For further details, please refer to the Racer Guide which will be posted to this page 1 week before the event and emailed to all registered racers. Volunteers, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your allocated shift time. Your exact start time is listed on your registration confirmation barcode. If you can&#x27;t find this, please log into your Spartan Tickets account or contact info@au.spartan.com for assistance.
