What is the F Ticket? A F Ticket is a regular Spartan Race ticket with an added option to cancel for any reason. For the Oita Race, the following additional fees apply to the base ticket price: STADION → +\3,000 KIDS → +\1,000 If you cancel, you will receive the following refund: STADION → \16,000 KIDS → \5,000 This refund service is provided by our partner, Bliss Technologies, Inc. F Ticket Refund Deadline F Tickets will no longer be eligible for a refund after December 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM (JST) under any circumstances. For more details, please check the link. Arrival & Heat Times

Please plan to arrive at least 60 minutes before your start time. This gives you plent of time to park, pick up your registration packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. Registrations typically open at 6:00am. For Ultra events, registrations will open at 5:00am. For Hurricane Heat and Trail events, registrations will open 1 hour prior to the event&#x27;s start time. For further details, please refer to the Racer Guide which will be posted to this page 1 week before the event and emailed to all registered racers. Volunteers, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your allocated shift time. Your exact start time is listed on your registration confirmation barcode.
